Birth Doula ($1000)
Two 2hr prenatal visits
Birth consultancy and print-out of birth choices
Unlimited number of texts/calls throughout the pregnancy, and immediate availability from 37 weeks, and continued contact through to the 6th week postpartum

Lactation support and counseling
Birth Doula with Belly Binding ($1150 – $1300)
Two 2hr prenatal visits
Birth consultancy and print-out of birth choices
Unlimited number of texts/calls throughout the pregnancy, and immediate availability from 37 weeks, and continued contact through to the 6th week postpartum
Support for the duration of your labor
3-5 postpartum belly binding sessions and discussions on postpartum health and wellbeing

Lactation Support ($100)
Support with a single or multi-layered issue
Support with latch, positioning, pumping, milk storage, bottle-feeding the breast/chestfed baby with slow feeding techniques, when to introduce bottles and/or pacifiers, etc.
Assisting with issues that may arise such as engorgement, mastitis, plugged duct, sore or cracked nipples, dealing with a colicky baby. thrush, or a baby on a nursing strike, and supply issues
Referrals to specialists when needed
1 visit plus follow-up
Ongoing Lactation Support ($150)
Support for ongoing needs, such as adoptive/non-birthing parent initiating lactation
Support with latch, positioning, pumping, milk storage, bottle-feeding the breast/chestfed baby with slow feeding techniques, when to introduce bottles and/or pacifiers, etc.
Assisting with issues that may arise such as engorgement, mastitis, plugged duct, sore or cracked nipples, dealing with a colicky baby, thrush, or a baby on a nursing strike, and supply issues
Referrals to specialists when needed
Multiple office or home visits
Belly Binding (Postpartum Service)
Essential Belly Binding ($300)
A discussion of labor and birth events and assessment of when bindings will begin
3 sessions of postpartum belly binding set at the birther’s convenience, within a 2-week period
A follow-up (virtual or in-person) appointment to discuss how postpartum healing is going
Referrals for further services or other providers, if needed
Advanced Belly Binding Package ($475)
A discussion of labor and birth events and assessment of when bindings will begin
5 sessions of postpartum belly binding set at the birther’s convenience, within a 2–3-week period
A follow-up (virtual or in-person) appointment to discuss how postpartum healing is going
Referrals for further services or other providers, if needed

Birth Choice Basics ($100)
60 minutes of consultation to plan your birth scenario and alternate options
Knowing all the options available
Understanding those options and how they may affect other decisions and/or availability of care
Knowing the evidence-based logic to back up your decision
Having judgement-free support in making decisions for your specific birth choices
Birth Choices Plus ($150)
120 minutes of consultation to plan your birth scenario and alternate options
